Non-profit Nature
Life Bridge Ukraine is a non-profit limited liability company (gGmbH). The tax office for corporations I Berlin has determined its decision of 12 December 2024 that the statutory requirements according to §§ 51, 59, 60 and 61 AO were met in in accordance with § 60a AO. According to our statutes, we support charitable purposes, development cooperation (§ 52 para. 2 sentence 1 no. 15 AO), the support of soldiers and reservists (Section 52 (2) sentence 1 no. 23 AO), the provision of education and vocational training (Section 52 (2) sentence 1 no. 7 AO) and aid for the disabled and for war victims (Section 52 (2) no. 10 AO). We are entiteled to issue donation receipts for tax purposes.

Governance
Our current list of shareholders can be downloaded here. As a non-profit organization, all donations fund 100% our charitable work and can never be distributed. For good governance and long-term safeguarding of the continued existence of the company, three different people currently hold the company shares and an Advisory Council has been established.
